Spring superfood smoothie

Made this baby this morning for breaky. I also added ice and blanched the kale first by adding boiling water to a cup packed with the kale.
Violet loved it – kiddy friendly.

Spring superfood smoothie

Ingredients
2 medium bananas, frozen
1/2 punnet blueberries
1 Tbls chia seeds
Large handful kale, blanched (simply pour boiling water over kale in a cup or bowl)
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
handful ice

Method
Blend together until smooth and delicious!
