Peanut butter protein ice cream

Incredibly delicious and fulfilling. If you’re an ice cream lover you will want to keep this recipe handy, it turned out thick, rich, creamy but most importantly, healthy. Packed with vitamins & nutrients and wave bye bye to sugar cravings.

1 large banana, frozen
1 Tbls 100% peanut butter
1/4 cup almond or rice milk
1/3 cup ice
1 scoop RAW protein
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp stevia

1. Add everything to your blender and whiz away. Top with anything you like. I used shredded coconut, you could use crushed nuts, cocoa nibs or fresh fruit.

    Sounds absolutely delish!
    So many varieties of RAW protein powder though – isolate natural, vanilla, umpteen varieties………so which one do you use in this recipe please?
