Legs, butt + abs cardio circuit

Created this circuit with a focus on the lower body and abs. Full routine below:

5-10min warm-up
(I danced for this circuit. You can do anything that will get your heart rate up. Some good ideas are skipping, jogging, star jumps, knee up runs, anything on a cardio machine at the gym)

20 x block jumps

30 x bicycle crunches

20 x 10kg squats

20 x jump lunges

20 Russian folk squats

Repeat all 3 x with 60sec rest between each set.

5-10min cool down with stretch.

Note: this is considered intermediate – advanced.
