5 round circuit – Legs + Abs


Designed a simple circuit this week to work the legs and abs. I only had time for 5 rounds, with minimal rest in-between each round. You can add/ take out reps or rounds to suit your level. I have slowed this video down so you can see the exercise better.

I have used 5kg dumbbells in the backward lunges, you can do these without any weight if you like.

Also remember a warm up, cool down and stretch is an important part to your workout.

      Awesome! I like to mix my training up each week. I can be doing circuit classes, running, dancing, pilates and yoga all in one week. I believe the key is variety xx
