Feb 05, 2016 5 round circuit – Legs + Abs Fitness Designed a simple circuit this week to work the legs and abs. I only had time for 5 rounds, with minimal rest in-between each round. You can add/ take out reps or rounds to suit your level. I have slowed this video down so you can see the exercise better. I have used 5kg dumbbells in the backward lunges, you can do these without any weight if you like. Also remember a warm up, cool down and stretch is an important part to your workout. Love, Rach.
