May 11, 2015 Only got 30mins? Fitness Time is valuable and some days we simply don’t have enough hours in a day to do everything. I came up with this 30 minute workout that can be done anywhere – all you will need is a skipping rope (if you don’t have one you can substitute this exercise for burpees). It’s a full-body workout with an emphasis on cardiovascular training and core strength. Enjoy! 30 minute blitz Warm up – 5min jog 3 x 60sec sets of the following: SKIPPING PLANK POSITION ALTERNATE LEG CRUNCHES SQUATS JIVE KICKS (rest for 60secs in between each set) Cool down – 5min jog Stretch for as long as you can at the end Check out Instyle magazine for another version of this workout soon.
