Warm up – 5mins dance, move, whatever!

Pulse squat jumps x 10
Push ups x 15
Alternate leg crunches x 30
Spider-Man x 20 (10 each leg)
Crab walks (20 steps each leg)

5-8 ROUNDS

Cool down – static stretching.
