Slow grinding fruit and vegetables into our prototype cold presser to test flavours. Down the production line – the filling room. The 3 kids. A day well spent. Consuming something delicious and nourishing for the body is one thing. Seeing how and where it’s made from scratch (or seedling) is another – and something I personally love to do. Last week I had the most exciting (nerdy) experience at the production facility of our new range of cold pressed juices – Impressed Juices. I also met with one of our spinach farmers in Melbourne and spent the day cruising through crops and cold pressing different combinations of fruit and vegetables to see what tasted the goods. I am a big believer and supporter of eating locally grown, fresh produce and that’s something Impressed Juices pride themselves on. Every juice contains 100% Aussie-grown fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs which are carefully cold pressed and bottled locally.
