Choc coconut mousse! oh my, very good!

If you get a little chocolatey-sweet craving like I did today, give this one a go. Full of wholesome, healthy ingredients I have a feeling you may make this one again. Enjoy!

Choc coconut mousse
Ingredients (serves 2)

2 small ripe bananas
2 Tbsp cacao powder
3 dates, pitted
2 tbsp almond spread
1 Tbls raw almonds
1 tsp cinnamon, plus extra for serving
1 tsp honey
Pinch of salt
4 Tbls light coconut milk

1. Place all ingredients in Vitamix and blend away until mouse is a smooth consistency.
2. Transfer to a drinking glass and pop in freezer for 30mins before serving.
3. Serve topped with coconut flakes, cinnamon & almonds or whatever fresh fruit you like!

I had mine on the couch with a peppermint tea. XX

    Just made the coconut mousse, absolutely delicious, thank you for posting the recipe, I also made the eggplant cups this week, they were a big hit. Keep up the good work.
