Tamara 5 February 2017 at 10:07am Hi everyone! Our house has just been re-carpeted and whilst I was vying for a dance floor in the den suitable for tap shoes, it has not eventuated. Lily 28 February 2017 at 2:15pm Hi Rachael, Im really interested in BOD. Ive never been a dancer in my life and I’m pretty sure I’m not the greatest, do you need to have dance experience? Also maybe a silly question is the program about weight loss, or toning, or is the exercise just about having fun and the food will more help with the weight loss? Thanks Lily Reply ↓

Laura 16 March 2017 at 9:21pm Will next month be three dance classes instead of two? Noticed in the What You’ll Get section it says three but I have only seen two the last two weeks.
