Body of Dance – Registrations OPEN!

My new online health & fitness program B.O.D (Body of Dance) is finally open for registrations!

I am so excited to get to share this with you, living a healthy and fulfilling life is so important to me as a Mummy of 2, health coach, model and television host. I started learning how to dance on the show ‘Dancing with the Stars’ – where I met my now husband (and teacher) Misha. It has been the best and most fun type of cardio training for me, not to mention transforming by body and mind in so many beautiful ways. I can’t imagine a life without it. My program is designed to build your strength, get you lean, flexible and create more happiness in your life through mindfulness activities, a kick arse community and delicious, nutrient dense meals.

Each week you’ll get:
3 strength circuit classes
2 dance cardio sessions

      Hi lovely there is no age limit on the program, although our youngest member at the moment is 16 and my Mum is participating! Much love, looking forward to Monday! XX

      Hi Shirley, yes this is all online based to allow you to do it in your own time at your convenience. All videos have been pre-recorded for you to download each week yes, but every new month we continue to update all content – new dances/ workouts etc. XX

    Hi everyone!
    Our house has just been re-carpeted and whilst I was vying for a dance floor in the den suitable for tap shoes, it has not eventuated.
    Rachel what surface do you recommend for the dance, circuit and yoga sessions?
    PS you looked stunning and presented very genuinely on the Morning Show yesterday – or whenever it was recorded.

      Hi Tamara thank you very much for your kind words! If i was doing this program on carpet i would either just do it in socks or bare foot. Remember no one is looking.

    Hi Rachael, this looks awesome! I noticed the program starts today, but just checking if I can start at any time, or do you have to follow set program times??

      Hi you can start on the first week of each month. We are open for registration until midnight tomorrow for the month of feb. You can follow the program at your own time and do all the activities when it suits you.

      Hi Diana its just $49 for one month and if you love it like we know you will then you purchase the next month and so on. we do not subscribe you. We believe in trust.xox

    Hi Rachael, Im really interested in BOD. Ive never been a dancer in my life and I’m pretty sure I’m not the greatest, do you need to have dance experience?
    Also maybe a silly question is the program about weight loss, or toning, or is the exercise just about having fun and the food will more help with the weight loss?

      Dont worry at all if you have no dance experience. This is a holistic fitness program where you have option of maintaining your fitness level or weight loss. Everything is up to you and I am here to help you every step of the way. xoxo

      Hi lovely at this time we have to start with in that first week of the month. That is because we are not just giving you a bunch of ebooks. The content keeps changing and updating regularly xx

    Will next month be three dance classes instead of two? Noticed in the What You’ll Get section it says three but I have only seen two the last two weeks. Just hoping for more dance classes each week (and new routines each week also – even if it is the same steps just in a different order). Thank you!!

      Hi Laura yes there is a little mistake it is 2 dance classes but that doesn’t meant that you can’t swap and change and do more if you like. xoxo
