My almond + coconut granola

Almond + coconut granola

1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup raw almonds
2 Tbls chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/3 cup goji berries
3 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 Tbls coconut oil, melted

1. Add dry ingredients to large mixing bowl and combine.
2. Combine maple syrup and coco oil then add to mixing bowl. Stir through until dry ingredients are coated.
3. Line tray with baking paper then bake in oven on 200 degrees for 15 mins or until lightly golden and crisp.
4. Once cool, store in jar or airtight container. I serve mine with greek yoghurt and fresh fruit.
